Installed in an ABS DWV piping system to provide a transition from a water closet to the DWV drainage pipe hub. The closet flange has an adjustable metal ring to ensure that the water closet retaining bolts line up with the closet flange and the spigot length is extended to allow for a longer reach thru the floor.
