Coarse thread drywall screws are manufactured with a single lead point and spaced threads that create for a strong hold when fastening drywall or sheetrock to wood framing. They feature a countersunk bugle head that tapers down in to the drywall after installation to provide a clean, finished look. They are covered under ASTM C954 and ASTM C1002 guidelines.
